Wilson’s kindergarten registration will take place on the following two days:
- Monday, Feb. 2, 2015 from 12:30 – 3:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2015 from 9:00 – 12:00 p.m.
You must book an appointment prior to this date. Time slots will be arranged on a first come, first serve basis. For more information and to book your appointment, please contact Mrs. Collyer by calling the school office at 519-893-7050. Please note, we require the following documents for student registration:
- student birth certificate or immigration papers
- immunization record
- proof of residency (an official document, within the last 30 days, that contains your name and address).
You may call the school to arrange receiving a registration package, or access the forms required online. Links to the forms and a list of documents you will need to bring to your registration appointment can be found on this page.
Online registration for the Before and After Programs begins on Monday, Feb. 2, 2015 and closes Monday, Apr.13, 2015.
