Parents, families, caregivers and students are invited to attend the Community Transition Fair, hosted by the Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB).
Community Transition Fair
Parents, caregivers, families and students will learn about programs, services, and supports available in our community for individuals with disabilities.
Date: Wednesday, April 29, 2026
Where: Education Centre, 51 Ardelt Drive, Kitchener, Ontario
Time: 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
For: Students, Parents, Families, and Caregivers
The Community Transition Fair aims to support student success now and in the future. Attendees will be able to ask questions, explore pathways and learn about services to support students now and in the future, including:
- Daily living and community supports
- Recreation and leisure opportunities
- Employment and training services
- Family and caregiver support
- Post-secondary education supports
- Transition planning for adulthood
You don’t need to register – this is a drop-in-style event. It is open to all who want to learn more about our community’s resources for individuals with disabilities.
